Use License
Permission is granted to use Enbot's services (Discord bot and web dashboard) for personal, non-commercial use only. This is a license grant, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the bot or dashboard
- Use the services for any commercial purpose without explicit written permission
- Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notations
- Copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the bot or dashboard
- Attempt to access the underlying code or infrastructure
- Use the services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
This license is automatically revoked if you violate any of these restrictions.
Bot Usage Rules
By inviting Enbot to your Discord server, you agree to the following:
Server Requirements
Acceptable Use
- Use the bot for its intended purposes (moderation, leveling, giveaways, fun commands, etc.)
- Follow command usage instructions and respect rate limits
- Report bugs or issues to our support team
- Keep bot permissions reasonable and necessary for functionality
Unacceptable Use
- Do not abuse, spam, or overload the bot with excessive commands
- Do not attempt to exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities
- Do not use the bot to harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Do not use the bot for illegal activities or to violate Discord's policies
- Do not attempt to impersonate the bot, its developers, or staff
Discord Integration
Important: Enbot is a third-party bot and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Discord Inc.
- The bot integrates with Discord's API and services
- Discord's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines apply to your Discord usage
- Violations of Discord's policies while using Enbot may result in action from both Discord and Enbot
- We are not responsible for Discord service interruptions, API changes, or Discord policy enforcement
Dashboard Access
The web dashboard (https://enbot.buzz) provides management capabilities for your servers:
Authentication
- Dashboard access requires Discord OAuth2 authentication
- You must have appropriate permissions in the server you wish to manage
- Session cookies are used to maintain your login state
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account
Dashboard Usage
- Only users with "Manage Server" or "Administrator" permissions can access server settings
- Changes made through the dashboard are immediately reflected in the bot
- Audit logs are maintained for all dashboard actions
- You must not share your dashboard access or account credentials
Prohibited Activities
You must not use Enbot's services to:
Illegal Activities
- Engage in any activity that violates local, state, national, or international law
- Distribute, promote, or facilitate illegal content or activities
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
- Engage in fraud, phishing, or identity theft
Harmful Behavior
- Harass, bully, threaten, or harm others
- Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
- Interfere with or disrupt services, servers, or networks
- Create multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions
- Use automation or bots to manipulate bot features (e.g., XP farming, giveaway manipulation)
- Spam commands, messages, or features
- Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for personal gain
Content Violations
- Distribute, promote, or facilitate:
- Hate speech, discrimination, or extremism
- Violence, gore, or graphic content
- Sexual content involving minors
- Doxxing or sharing private information without consent
- Piracy, copyright infringement, or stolen content
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of service without notice.
User Content
Your Content
- You retain ownership of any content you create or upload using Enbot (custom messages, settings, configurations)
- You are solely responsible for the content you create or upload
- By using Enbot, you grant us a license to store and process your content to provide the services
- We may remove content that violates our terms or applicable laws
Our Rights
- We reserve the right to remove any content at any time without notice
- We do not pre-screen user content but may monitor for violations
- We are not responsible for user-generated content
- Illegal or harmful content will be reported to appropriate authorities
Content Guidelines
Your content must not:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Contain malicious code or links
- Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
Service Availability
No Guarantee of Uptime
- Enbot is provided "as is" with no guarantee of availability or uptime
- We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or technical issues
- We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
- No compensation will be provided for service interruptions
Service Changes
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time
- We may change bot functionality, commands, or capabilities without notice
- Major changes will be announced through our Discord server or website
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes
No Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- This is a free service with no SLA or uptime guarantees
- We are not liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability
- Critical features should not rely solely on Enbot's availability

ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Enbot makes no warranties or representations about:
- The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of services
- The fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement of third-party rights
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Security of data transmission
USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. We are not responsible for:
- Data loss or corruption
- Service interruptions or errors
- Security breaches not caused by our negligence
- Damages resulting from your use of the services
Limitations of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
Enbot and its developers, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
- Business interruption or loss of goodwill
- Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the services
- Damages caused by errors, bugs, or service interruptions
MAXIMUM LIABILITY: Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (whichever is greater).

Revisions and Errata

Information provided by the bot (statistics, data, etc.) should not be relied upon for critical decisions.
Account Termination

- Violation of our Privacy Policy
- Violation of Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
- Abusive, harmful, or illegal behavior
- Excessive abuse of bot resources
- Any other reason at our sole discretion
Effects of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the services ceases immediately
- All your data may be deleted permanently and irretrievably
- You must stop using the bot and dashboard
- You must remove the bot from all servers you control
- No refunds will be provided (if applicable)
Your Right to Discontinue
- You may stop using Enbot at any time by removing the bot from your server
- You may request account deletion through the dashboard or by contacting us

Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion.
Notice of Changes
- Material changes: We will provide at least 30 days' notice before material changes take effect
- Non-material changes: May take effect immediately without notice

- Updated "Last modified" date on this page
Acceptance of Changes
- Your continued use of services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance

- Commands that fetch external content (images, data, etc.) are not owned by us
- We are not responsible for third-party content accuracy or legality
- External content providers have their own terms and policies
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Enbot operators reside, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
- We encourage users to contact us first to resolve disputes informally
- Disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be subject to binding arbitration
- You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action
- In no event shall Enbot be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability
Jurisdiction
